KubeWatch has two SaaS plans. Pro is built for growing teams, and Enterprise covers scale and compliance. There's no separate free plan, since every account starts with a full 30-day Enterprise trial instead, and you choose Pro or Enterprise before it ends. Self-hosting is a separate annual license, independent of these plans, see Self-Hosted Pricing below.

Logs and metrics retention isn't tied to your plan. Every account can set its own retention window (30, 90, or 180 days, or no limit) from Settings → Usage & Limits.
30-day trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day Enterprise trial automatically, and no credit card is required. You get full Enterprise-tier capabilities from day one. This applies to self-hosted installs too, since a fresh install starts with the same 30-day Enterprise trial, no license key required to get going. What happens once the trial ends differs by deployment: a KubeWatch Cloud account that hasn't chosen Pro or Enterprise is suspended, not deleted, and access resumes as soon as you upgrade. A self-hosted install that hasn't activated a license instead drops to the permanent Free plan (see Self-hosted pricing below) and keeps monitoring. See the Trial FAQ for details.

Enterprise
Enterprise builds on everything in Pro and adds AI Observability, Audit Trail, SSO/SAML, up to 200 agents on monthly billing (2,000 on annual, matching self-hosted Enterprise's ceiling) with unlimited users, and priority support backed by an SLA. Self-hosted pricing
Self-hosting is not a SaaS subscription, but it is an annual one. It's an install you run entirely on your own infrastructure, billed once a year, priced by how many agents you run rather than one flat price per tier. Every install starts with a full 30-day Enterprise trial (see 30-day trial above), no license key needed to get started, and there's a free community tier to fall back to afterward if you never activate a license.

Free grants 2 agents, 1 user, 5 alert rules, and 3-day retention, permanently, no expiry and no credit card ever, the same way Grafana's or SigNoz's free self-managed tiers work. It's what a fresh install automatically falls back to once its 30-day Enterprise trial ends without a license, and it's also where you land if you deactivate a license later. Every update and security patch is included for the life of a paid subscription. Renewing at the end of the year charges the same price again and simply extends your existing key another year, nothing to re-activate. Self-hosted Pro and Enterprise grant the exact same feature set as their SaaS namesakes (see the plan comparison above). Self-hosted Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit trail, AI Observability, incident management, interactive pod terminal, pod port forward, cluster write actions, and secrets/RBAC/CRD visibility on top of everything Pro includes.
