Cancellation & Data Export
How to cancel your subscription, export your data, and understand retention after cancellation.
Canceling your subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (optional, helps us improve)
- Click Confirm cancellation
Your subscription is canceled at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan's features until then.
Data access after cancellation

| 30 days after billing period ends | All data is permanently deleted |
You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before data deletion.
Exporting your data before cancellation
Export your data at any time from Settings → Export:

To export:
- Go to Settings → Export
- Select the data type and time range
- Click Export, a download will start within a few seconds
Large exports (more than 30 days of metrics) may take a few minutes to prepare. You'll receive an email with a download link when ready.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent and removes all organizations, users, agents, metrics, and settings. To request account deletion:
- First cancel your subscription (if active)
- Email support@kubewatchlabs.com with subject: "Account deletion request"
- Your account will be deleted within 5 business days
Reactivating after cancellation
If you canceled but changed your mind, you can reactivate from Settings → Billing at any time within 30 days of your billing period ending. All your data will be restored. After 30 days, data has been deleted and cannot be recovered.
Refunds
KubeWatch does not offer refunds for partial months. Annual plan refunds are available on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase, contact support@kubewatchlabs.com.
